Privacy, in plain words.
What this product stores, why, and how to have it removed. If something here does not match what you see in the product, tell us and we will correct the page rather than the other way round.
What is stored
The email address you sign up with, the apps you add by address, and the answers you give in the interview. Those answers are what the agent turns into tests, so they are kept with the app they belong to.
Test credentials, if you supply them, are encrypted before they are written anywhere. They are opened only while a test is running, and they are never written into a report, a screenshot or a log line.
What a run produces
Screenshots of the pages the agent visited, the tests it ran with their verdicts, and the notes it keeps about your app so the next run starts from what it already knows.
A screenshot can contain anything your own app showed at that moment. Treat the evidence folder as you would treat a screen recording of your product.
Who can see it
Only the workspace that owns the app. Row level security is enforced in the database rather than in the interface, so one customer's run cannot be read by another's account even if a page is opened directly.
We do not use one customer's app, screenshots or findings to inform another's. Each app keeps its own map.
How long it is kept
Runs and their evidence stay until you delete them or close the workspace. Deleting an app removes its runs, its evidence and its learned map.
Write to us and we will delete a workspace and everything under it, rather than deactivating it and leaving the rows in place.
